Andrew Russell Garfield is a actor from Los Angeles, California. He is also a producer, and director who was born on August 20, 1983. The Social Network (2010) The Amazing Spider-Man (12) and Hacksaw Ridge (2016) are two of his most notable performances. Garfield began his professional performance career on stage prior to moving to television in 2005, with Sugar Rush. He began his career as an actor for film in Mumbo Jumbo. Following the success he had in The Social Network (2010), he portrayed Spider-Man for the 2012 remake which was directed by Marc Webb. Ben is the elder brother. He's the son of American Richard Garfield & British Lynn Hillman. As of 2003, his family relocated into Surrey England. It was at this time that he began lessons in acting very young age, and also took part in various school productions. In London where he was born, he took his first steps into the theatre at Central School of Speech and Drama.
